Professional Experience
Mr. Antonio is a partner of the law firm. He is specialized on Corporate Governance, Real Estate, and Corporate Law and addresses companies’ transactions and needs on these matters; he has broad experience on drafting and preparing legal documents for the transfer of real estate, shares, membership interests, as well any other document that is needed for the daily transactions of companies.
Since February 2011, he has been in charge of the office of coordination of legal affairs of the research sub-directorate of the Medicine Faculty and Hospital University “Dr. José Eleuterio González” of the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León, thus he has broad experience on clinical research on humans beings from a legal standpoint and experience on drafting, preparing, and negotiating clinical research agreements with big corporations of the pharmaceutical industry, such as Pfizer, Sanofi-Aventis, Novartis, Astra Zeneca, Quintiles, among others.
Likewise, he has been a Lawyer in Public Notaries numbers 89 and 91 since May 2013, whose notary publics are Mr. Daniel Eduardo Flores Elizondo and Mr. Carlos Severiano Leal Gutiérrez, where they are specialized on corporate law, corporate governance, and real estate.
He also has experience teaching experience, as he has been a teacher since August 2012 in the Law and Criminology Faculty of the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León, lecturing on “foreign legal terminology”.
Mr. Antonio has a degree in Law with honorable mention and a Master on Corporate Law from the Law and Criminology Faculty of the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León. He gained international academic experience since he studied a semester in the University of Lille 2, in Lille, France when obtaining his degree in Law; also, he obtained a Business Diploma from the IÉSEG School of Management, Campus Paris, located in Paris, France.
